We’re looking for a Purchasing & Production Coordinator to support our operations and contribute to the efficiency of our supply chain and production planning.

As a key member of our team, you’ll be involved in everything from managing purchase orders and supplier relationships to ensuring seamless production and order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Procurement & Inventory Management

  • Supplier Coordination: Issue purchase orders, confirm with suppliers, and follow up on orders to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Inventory Analysis: Perform weekly inventory assessments to determine replenishment needs.
  • Stock Management: Monitor and maintain reorder points for raw materials and finished goods to prevent shortages.
  • Freight & Logistics Coordination: Organize inbound freight and ensure proper inventory transfers between warehouses.

2. Production Scheduling & Operations

  • Production Planning: Prepare daily production schedules and ensure all materials are on hand for manufacturing.
  • Inventory Transfers: Coordinate daily warehouse transfers to maintain optimal stock levels for production.
  • System Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, production schedules, and stock levels in QuickBooks.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Internal Coordination: Work closely with production, fulfillment, and logistics teams to align supply with demand.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in procurement and production workflows.
  • Data Management & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide reports on inventory, supplier performance, and production efficiency.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or inventory management (CPG experience is a plus).
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Google Sheets (or Excel) is required.
  • University degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Bilingual (English & French) preferred.

Hours: 8:00AM - 4:00PM, Monday to Friday

Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days WFH

Pay: $60,000
