Warehouse Team Lead

Location: Montreal, Canada  

Sahah Naturals is a fast-growing Canadian food manufacturer and brand owner based in Montreal, producing and distributing better-for-you food and beverage products across North America. Our brands include Matteo’s Coffee Syrups, PB&Me Peanut Butter products, and Electrolyte Concentrates — all crafted with a focus on quality, innovation, and value.

We’re looking for a Warehouse Team Lead to join our operations team and support the smooth, efficient flow of products through our facility.

The Role

As the Team Lead, you’ll play a hands-on role in day-to-day warehouse operations — supporting order fulfillment, inventory control, and staff coordination. You’ll work closely with the Warehouse Manager to maintain high operational standards, ensure safety and efficiency, and help lead a small but dynamic team.

What You’ll Do

• Support all aspects of warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of customer and distributor orders.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers and internal teams.
• Help train, motivate, and support warehouse associates on daily tasks.
• Maintain product traceability, lot tracking, and FIFO/FEFO inventory flow.
• Perform daily checks for cleanliness, safety, and compliance with CFIA food handling standards.
• Assist with cycle counts, physical inventories, and data entry in the ERP/inventory system.
• Act as lead when the Warehouse Manager is absent.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of warehouse or logistics experience (food manufacturing or CPG preferred).
• Experience leading or mentoring a small team.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software.
• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain one).
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs and perform warehouse tasks safely.
